A Personal Note

My story began in Germany and changed early when my family moved to Nigeria. Growing up in a place defined by colour, movement and strong visual contrast shaped my interest in aesthetics and design from a young age. I still carry a strong love for travel and exploration.

With a background in jewellery design and architecture, I’ve always focused on creating things that balance beauty, precision and everyday function.

I now live in Sydney, where nature plays a constant role in my work as an architect — as well as in everyday moments spent at the beach with my children. From changing light and coastal landscapes to the simple structures found in organic forms, these influences shape how I see the world.

This perspective influences everything I create, including Nagelati: from timeless shapes and considered colour palettes to carefully selected, more sustainable materials.

Nagelati is built on the belief that beauty should feel effortless and well thought through.
